This week I started to feel my age
On Monday I took a tumble when I was running. No one was around me, not pot holes, no cracked footpath
Nothing
No one to blame but me
I was busting out a classic Greg sprint (think arms swinging wildly from side to side ala the robot from lost in space, feet slamming on the ground like rhino on the charge coupled with a breathing style that can only be likened to that off a pervert…..) when I took a full tumble
Right in front of a packed café full of out door tables
Right near my old work
I broke my mp3 player cut both knees, bruised both hands and managed to get a bruise on my ass…
It could only happen to me…..

Dude, you have to keep an eye out for those road sprites. They will trip you up every time. At least no one saw you go down.

That’s the drama...about 30 people saw me (someone started to help me up- that’s when the embarrassment kicked in and I got up and sprinted off)

Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you. I have been busy as the weather is warming up and my coaching duties are picking up before our season opener in less than a month.
